To join Laceration Production simply read and understand our requirements to join and then fill out and submit the following form.  A Laceration rep will get back with you within a day or two, to verifiy your submission, and you will then be ready to reap the benifits of being part of the Laceration family.

Requirements to join:

1. - The Band must be a Christian Band

2. - The bands style must be of any form of Extreme Metal: Death, Black, Doom, Grind, Speed, Thrash, Goth, Industrial

3. - The band must be and independant or unsigned band.
